Entry to the property brings you straight into the living area. The ground floor offers a gorgeous open plan area that has been designed and furnished to create a light open space where you can relax in comfort.
Open plan kitchen, living, dining area with underfloor heating, TV with Netflix, Now TV, BT Sport, Apple TV, Spotify, The Roku Channel and Freeview Play”, music speaker and free wifi. Games and local magazines & maps to provide some light entertainment. A neutral colour palette with pops of colour brought by cushions and comfy throws in ochre and blue make it light airy and modern. A 2.5 seat sofa and an easy chair with foot stool give lots of space to stretch out and relax.
Kitchen
Well equipped & integrated with electric cooker and hob, fridge with freezer compartment., dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle and Nespresso coffee machine & milk frother. Lovely views from the dining table out of the French doors towards the church.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Very comfortable Super King size bed with zip link twin option. Good quality linen or egytptian cotton bedlinen. Easy chair with footstool, and fan to keep you cool on warm summer nights. Neutral pallet with William Morris “acorn design” blackout blinds and rich green velvet cushions. Cupboards with hanging space and shelves for storing clothes. Iron, ironing board, hoover, hairdryer & clothes dryer all stored in another cupboard for your convenience. En-suite with walk in shower, Basin and WC, heated towel rail.
All Bedlinen and towels provided.
Garden
Small garden with table and chairs. Additional access directly from the street with space to store bikes. On- street parking, normally available opposite.
Amenities
Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Washing powder, Fabric conditioner, Washing up liquid, Hand Wash, Tea towels and Dishwashing clothes are all provided as well as enough dishwasher tablets & loo roll to get you started.
